The Ormond Writers League began in 1976, the auspicious outcome of a creative writing class taught by playwright and founder, Hal La Temple.
Since then, the OWLs have met unfailingly, twice a month, to share their work and their ideas. Over the years, in addition to critiquing and
encouraging one another, they have staged original plays, given public readings, sponsored forums, and held book signings. Eight years after
their first anthology, Inkslingers, they've come out with Peanut Butter & Jellyfish, a title chosen to reflect the dissimilar
personalities of the authors and the remarkable diversity of their literary talents.
